Rates above have been discounted for advance reservations, AAA discounts, and are guaranteed until May 1. Rates apply to reservations only and may not apply to weekends, holidays, special events, conventions or travel agents. Rates are subject to change until confirmed. Minimum stays may apply. To reserve, please telephone our office before sending in deposit. Deposit required on all reservations with personal check, bank or postal money order in US Dollars. A minimum two night's plus tax non-transferable deposit is required on all rentals to confirm reservation and is applied to the first & last night's lodging. Deposits are required 7-10 days after reservation is made unless other arrangements are made. The customer is responsible for the entire number of days reserved. Personal checks accepted only if received three weeks in advance. Return checks subject to $30 processing fee. Balance is payable upon arrival in cash, travelers checks, certified checks, money orders in US Dollars, or most major credit cards. No personal checks on arrival. Confirmations will be held until 5 PM unless otherwise notified. Advance reservations are accepted with room type, number of people, and dates clearly stated. The names of all persons occupying the room will be required at the time of reservation. Any changes or misrepresentation upon arrival may void the entire reservation without refund. All reservations are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate, and causes and conditions beyond our control. We are not responsible for event and special package changes, failure of others to perform, or acts of nature. Rate is based on number of persons occupying the room and is subject to NJ state and local taxes. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. There is one free parking space per unit in our lot. Townhouses are entitled to two stacked parking spaces. Please park properly & display parking permit at all times while in lot. Refund Policy: No refund for any reason, including, but not limited to, early checkouts and no-shows. Exception: In case of cancellation, we will refund 75% of your deposit if notified 2 weeks before arrival date, otherwise no refunds. Room preferences are accepted, however rooms are guaranteed by Type A through G, not by specific room number or floor. We are a Smoke Free Facility and our Non Smoking Agreement must be signed by all adults and is legally binding. No bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, scooters, or water guns allowed within the building. Bicycle racks are provided in our lot. Pool is open 10am-6pm.  As with all outdoor pools, use of the pool is weather dependent.  Parental supervision in the pool area is required per state law for children under the age of 16. Sorry, No Pets.

WE ARE A 100% SMOKE FREE ESTABLISHMENT. GUESTS WHO SMOKE MUST EXTINGUISH LIT SUBSTANCES OFF PROPERTY OR USE THE RECEPTACLES AT THE ENTRANCES BEFORE ENTERING THE PROPERTY. FOR THE HEALTH, WELL BEING AND ENJOYMENT OF ALL OUR GUESTS, OUR NON SMOKING POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
