Rates

Published rates have been discounted for advance reservations and AAA. Rates apply to reservations only and may not apply to weekends, holidays, special events, groups, conventions or travel agents. Rates are subject to change until confirmed. Minimum stays may apply. Rates are based on the number of persons and room occupancy, maximums will apply. All reservations are subject to NJ state and local taxes. As date periods and unit types book, rates may increase.

Reservations

To reserve, please phone our office to make reservations before sending deposit. Customer is responsible for the entire number of days reserved. Balance is payable upon arrival in cash, traveler’s checks, money orders in US dollars, or most major credit cards. No personal checks accepted on arrival. Reservations will be held until 5pm unless other arrangements are made. Advance reservations are accepted with room type, number of adults and children, and dates clearly stated. Names of all persons occupying room will be required at the time of booking. Any changes or misrepresentation upon arrival will void the reservation without refund. All reservations are subject to strikes, failure of guests to vacate and causes and conditions beyond our control. We are not responsible for event and special event package changes, failure of others to perform, or acts of nature. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Room Preference

Room preferences/locations are accepted; however, rooms are guaranteed by type A-G, not by specific room number or floor. We will always try to satisfy specific requests.

Deposits and Payments

Deposits are required on all reservations by personal check, bank or international money order in US dollars. Deposits made by Visa, Mastercard, or Discover are non-refundable. Reservations up to 3 nights, 1 night deposit; 4-7 nights, 2 nights deposit; over 7 nights, 3 nights deposit and will be applied to the first and last night’s lodging. Townhouses and 2-bedroom units, 50% deposit. Deposits are non-transferable and are required 7-10 days after reservation is made unless other arrangements are made. Personal checks must be received two weeks before arrival date. Returned checks or NSF checks are subject to a $30 processing fee. A credit card is required to be on file for all reservations.

Changing or modifying confirmed reservations

Altering your reservation by adding or deleting days, people, changing room types or changing any terms will cancel that reservation. Any requests for changes in dates or terms will be considered and determination made if we can accommodate the new request.

Cancellations and Deposit Refunds

If you wish to cancel a confirmed reservation, 75% of the deposit will be refunded if notified 3 weeks before arrival date; otherwise the cancellation is short notice and there is no refund. There are no refunds for early checkouts, weather, or no shows.

Check-In/Check-Out

Check-in time is after 2pm and check-out is prior to 10am. If you wish to arrive prior 2pm and the rooms are still being prepared, we can do all the paperwork to facilitate your check-in. We can contact you by cell phone to notify you that your room is ready. We will request a 20$ refundable cash key deposit at check-in and a valid credit card will be required in the name of the registering guest on the confirmation. During peak season, on occasion, check-in time may be delayed due to high occupancy levels.

Additional Charges

Additional charges may be assessed for abnormal room wear and tear, missing or damaged items or checking out later than 10am unless other arrangements are made.

Parking

There is one free parking space per unit in our lot. Townhouses and two bedroom units are entitled to 2 stacked parking spaces. Please park properly and display parking permit in front window at all times while parked in our lot. Extra large vehicles will not fit in our spaces and may need to park in public street areas. Parking is at vehicle owner’s sole risk as hotel assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages incurred to any vehicle (or its contents) while parked on hotel premises.

Other

Guest wishing to use amenites such as the pool, grill, activity room, parking, etc. agree to motel procedure & times of operation. Bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, surfboards or water guns are not allowed within the building. Please lock bicycles in racks provided in front of the office.

Pool

Pool is open from 10am-7pm. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

NON-SMOKING POLICY

nosmokinglogotransparencyuseWe are a smoke free facility and smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property. Our smoke free agreement is required to be signed by all adults and is legally binding. Any non-adherence to this agreement will result in cancellation of the reservation without refund, eviction, and assessment of clean up expences of not less than $250. Smokeless or e-cigarettes are not permitted by NJ state law A4227/4228. For the health and well-being of all our guests, our non smoking policy I strictly enforced.
